Not happy with your purchase?

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions:

• If you change your mind, you can return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
• To request a return, please email [email protected] with your full name and order number.
• We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Defective Items:

• For defective items, you have 30 days to request a return.
• Please email [email protected] with your full name, order number, and a description of the defect (with photos or videos if possible).

Returning Your Order:

• We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returns due to defects or change of mind.
• Please use the original packaging or a sturdy box to protect the item during shipping.
